Works great….until it doesn’t !!

I can’t even remember when I got my first k-supreme because as of yesterday I have my 3rd replacement….I have always loved my Keurigs until this model…there are many flaws with the k-supreme and I can’t begin to enumerate the reasons for the flaws…I’m not a Keurig engineer…..I am just a simple 5cup a day coffee drinker who gets VERY grumpy when this model just dies for no apparent reason….customer service runs hot-and-cold….but my biggest complaint is they say we’ll call you back and they never do… and then I call back again and eventually after they read me their script for the umpteenth time, I do get some help…I received my replacement today February 2023 for the one I got in November 2022…so here’s hoping. Overall, I would give 5stars to this brewer when it’s working HOWEVER it only deserves 1star since it never seems to be able to go the distance.

First time I used it the brewer sounded like a train and it’s only getting louder! Tried to talk to someone about returning it and the recommend descaling it…a brand new brewer! Going back to a regular coffee pot and trashing this!!!

After 2 weeks it broke! You put the capsules in and a drip cones out! I will be calling the company Monday to get a full refund! I had my old system forever. I guess the new products are terrible!

Would not recommend

I bought this brewer for this slim shape, as our kitchen is small and wanted something that didn't take up much counter space. It was a replacement for a larger Keurig brewer that had 10+ years of use out of it, with no issues. This brewer has given us nothing but problems. I have had to call customer service several times and have since had 3 replacement brewers and each one has had the same issue. Brewer will work normal for a month or two and then will begin dispensing coffee that barely covers the bottom of the cup. It doesn't matter what size option you choose, brewer will not complete a full brew. Replacement brewer #2 even started to smoke, while simply trying to brew a 10oz cup of coffee. I have kept up on the cleaning, and descaling process as needed on every brewer, and still experienced the same results. I would not recommend this brewer, until Keurig take the time to thoroughly inspects the mechanicals and update the systems appropriately.

Never Happy!

I haven't been happy with this coffee maker since I first bought, less than 18 months ago. Especially the reusable cup feature, it spits all over the place and no matter the coffee grind or k-cup, the coffee always comes out on the weaker side (even with Strong selected. Today, I descaled it and now it refuses to turn on. Have googled and tried all methods to restart, but nothing. My last Keurig didn't last much longer. Only one of the originals worked really well. Very disappointed!

I bought this to replace my keurig that was about 8 years old. They have cheaped out the materials so much this thing is as light as a feather. When you pull the reservoir off the machine slides across the counter because it’s so light. It’s very obvious that user experience has lowered in importance and manufacturing the cheapest machine possible is the new objective. It honestly feels like a $20 coffee maker that you’d see in a hotel room. Sorry to say I will prefer using my nespresso machine.
