Fast brewing and quiet operations. I am very pleased with this brewer. This was purchased as an upgrade to a single serve brewer that was still working but you had to add water for each cup. Love the convenience of the water pitcher with filter.
I’m a bit disappointed in this brewer. The quality is not up to the standards of Keurig in my opinion. The handle doesn’t close tightly and after the coffee brews it continues to drip. I have a white brewer so it shows and is quite annoying. It is just not the quality I’m used to with previous Keurig coffee makers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this brewer but they don’t last. This is my second replacement. Both quit working after I did descaling. I followed the directions exactly. I wish the descaling worked better because I like the brewer.
My Keurig died and could not be revived. I contacted Keurig and they replaced my coffee maker - no charge! So happy! I love my single serve coffee maker and use it every day.
You really stand behind your product, way after purchase date and having lost the receipt! Your representatives were great at trouble shooting my original coffeemaker's problem and helping me get a replacement. We are fans!
