Haven’t really been enough time for a thorough review but just from what I’ve used it, the buttons are all in the wrong spot for my kitchen setup. Otherwise, it heats w as yet good.
The original Keurig died within 11 months of service (It gets a lot of use- at least 5 people using it throughout the day) - and Keurig quickly sent us a new one. Great customer service!!
We recently had to return our Keurig and the process was so easy and quick. Keurigs customer service is second to none. We had a brand new keurig within 3 days. I would highly recommend a keurig for the customer service alone aside from it being a great coffee maker.
Received replacement since the first one quit working caused by descaling process . Keriug needs to modify descaling process applicable for each specific model. First one overheated & quit
I called for assistance to turn on my Keurig that I received for Mothers Day, and within minutes I was asked for the serial number and to send pictures of the coffee maker and within 3 days I had a new coffee maker due to the coffee maker still being under warranty.
This is the third Keurig coffee maker that I have had in two years. The first one lasted 6 weeks. I was sent a replacement which lasted three months.Then I was sent another replacement. I am the only one using the coffee maker; so it doesn't get heavy use. It is obviously poorly made. Next time I will buy another brand.
They sent me a warranty replacement and it does the same thing. Junk
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Snap-up lid

I had a Keuring coffee maker before and loved it. However, it quit so I bought a new one, the K-Supreme Single Serve machine. I like the size but the lid "snaps" up and hits my cabinet doors! I checked out the K-Express model and it doesn't snap up. Why didn't you make the Supreme the same way. I will probably have to return this one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
