Replacement was quick and all instructions were thorough. Even though the new unit came with a cracked water canister, it, too, was quickly replaced. Thank you!
For some reason our 7 month old machine quit working after we went through the de-scaling process. After a phone call and furnishing the necessary paperwork a new machine was shipped, no charges involved. A satisfying experience.
