Coffee maker only lasted one year before it quit working. The first replacement was the wrong color so I had to contact again for the correct color to be sent.

My Keurig stopped working (of course 3 weeks before warranty ran out) however.... it was such a pleasure dealing with the customer service - I received a brand new within a week - they are the best! I would buy nothing else but Keurig.... I bought them for myself, my daughter and daughter-in-law, mother -in-law!!
