Love My Kuerig

This was a replacement of my Kuerig. The descale light came on and even after cleaning twice, the light wouldn’t go off. The customer service representative was so patient in trying to help me fix but after being unable, sent me a full replacement. Thank you Kuerig for your outstanding customer service.

TWO MACHINES ONE RETURN BOTH NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS

This is the second machine. The first one had issues with the water empty and descale light functions in less than one month. The machine said out of water and wouldn’t operate when water was full and failed reset function! Descale light came on and stated stating it needed descaling in less than a month using filtered water! I descaled it and the light remained on saying I needed to descale it!
This is the second machine! I needed water and the light came on, I removed the reservoir and filled it and the light stayed on. I went through the reset process and the machine reset itself! I ran the water low and the light came in and I removed the reservoir and filled it and the light again remained on and I needed to go thru the reset procedure AGAIN!
Now I do not let the machine remind me, I just keep it filled always and I refill it with the reservoir in place and before the low water light has a chance to come on!
TWO MACHINES IN A ROW! SAME PROBLEM!
CONCLUSION: THIS IS A LOUSY MACHINE! BUY A HIGHER PRICED MODEL OR DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER! THIS MODEL SUCKS!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'am Keurig spoiled. Use it every day twice a day. But, out of four models, had to claim warranty on two. Keurig came through on both occasions and one time, got upgraded to the top model. Can't complain there. But I wonder about quality control.
