My Keurig stopped working less than a year after purchasing. I troubleshooted everything I could and then called the warranty dept. They asked me to leave a voicemail. They called back within the hour, let me know what documents to send in, and had a brand new replacement shipped to me within the week. Could not have asked for an easier experience! Glad this company values their customers.
I bought this a year ago and for an unknown reason it stopped working. Called Keurig and they were very helpful and replaced my machine immediately. Customer service was immaculate.
A gift December 21. Would not brew the first week of November 2022. Was regular on cleaning etc with Keurig products. Called customer service who kindly helped me check it out. Brewer not working. Filled out paperwork and I now have a beautiful replacement. I’m very happy.
I go my new keurig about 3 weeks ago. And it replaced an older, much larger keurig. I am really happy with this new single cup maker. It has a very small footprint on my counter, makes great coffee, and heats the water much faster. Really no waiting. And I like that I can put the water carafe behind the maker and the footprint is even smaller.
Thank you for fulfilling the warranty for my Super K by sending a replacement unit. The initial “live” customer service representative with whom I spoke with was courteous and helpful. The follow-up digital communications were concise. I appreciate the company’s product guarantee and patience shown to me; and am glad I received a Super K as a birthday gift.
I bought my Keurig about 8 months ago and it worked excellent but then when I cleaned it I had trouble turning it on again. Keurig customer service were extremely helpful and prompt in replacing my amazing machine
