I bought my Keurig awhile ago and it stopped working. I tried everything to get it back to life. I finally called customer service and was immediately helped with great assistance. Customer service was very kind and resolved my issue by sending me a new one. This was by far one of the best experiences I had. Customer service also sent me a tracking number to track my product and it came right on time. I recommend all Kuerig’s products! Thank you! Sincerely, your dedicated customer!
I had a problem with the handle. I was out of warranty by only a few weeks. They replaced the machine with a new one. Excellent customer service and care.
I love the way this coffee maker brews my coffee. My original machine failed and was replaced by Keurig. Customer service was fantastic. Fast and friendly. Had the replacement in 2 days.
I was discouraged when my Keurig suddenly stopped functioning with a final burst of steam before expiring. An email to customer service started the replacement process. I am a believer in the Keurig warranty as I enjoy the hot coffee from my replacement brewer. Amen.
I love coffee, I’m very particular about the freshness and taste of a freshly brewed cup, Keurig Supreme Coffee Maker is the best secret ….I love the “Strong” button and the 6 oz. Option is especially appreciated just before I workout! Thank you Keurig…..you always start my day off so satisfying ❣️
The K-Supreme is very lightweight, almost fragile.
