we had a coffee maker that had a problem and called the company. They immediately took care of the problem and sent a replacement, The people were great to work with.
When the new 5 port water head machine came out, we thought this might increase the flavor and further minimize the acid, so we put our perfectly good prior deluxe machine away and bought the latest interation . We make an average of 7 cups/pods per day, so this is not a high usage rate. So, the pump failed to make enough pressure to push water through the pod after 11 month. I'm assuming this unit is an "exception to the rule " for Keurig machines. Anyway, the replacement unit is already sounding different 60 pods after getting it, so don't know if it will last. Time will tell...
I was very happy with my Keurig until I had to descaling operation and couldn’t get out of that mode. I called customer service and they were very happy to go through to proper method and it still didn’t work so they asked for some documentation and sent out a replacement. Thanks Keurig
I gave a low review because this is my 5th Keurig in 10 years. I bought a new one 8 months ago and it died two weeks ago. The company replaced it with a free one because I was still under warranty. We shall see how long this one lasts. I have decided that when this one breaks, I am changing brands. Love Keurig but the machines are not built to last:

I bought this coffee maker last January and it would not work at the end of Oct. Keurig very efficiently replaced it within a week delivered right to my door. It is a beautiful machine and makes my morning coffee very quickly. I love the slim look takes less counter space than previous models.
