I purchased my Keurig in June 2022 and started having brewing problems. I called customer service and after sending a few photos and a copy of my receipt, I received my replacement in a week or so. I have had a Keurig for longer than I can remember and this is the first time I have had to get a replacement.
This is the 2nd Keurig. I have an older model we use for family get togethers and the newer model. They are the BEST thing for coffee for me and my family, friends and relatives.
The numerous coffee cup selection makes these purchased even better and worth their weight in gold.
Recently, my 6 month old brewer stopped working. I tried some troubleshooting, but nothing worked. I called customer service to ask about the warranty replacement. I was very happily surprised at how easy the process was. It was shipped very quickly and I had my replacement in 3 days. It’s really great to see a company stand behind their products and honor their warranty without hassle.
Have been a Keurig K-cup fan since our office started using this system many years ago. After trying it at the office, Immediately bought a brewer for the house. The new K-Supreme is a great upgrade for our needs. Sleek looking with the same great coffee taste. So happy with our purchase.
Our Keurig died before a year was up. That was bad, BUT….Keurig sent us a brand new replacement within a day or two, and we were instructed to discard the old one. Very little inconvenience - thank you for the great information and replacement
The warranty process went very smoothly... The replacement came quickly. I'm curious as to why the previous 2 units only lasted 2-3 months before dying. If #3 does the same - I will abandon the model and buy a competitors machine. I do not think that it is a design problem, rather a QUALITY CONTROL problem with the electrics, I wonder if this replacement will shut down as the previous 2 did in the near future or catch fire this time considering electrics are suspected to be the problem by me. Frankly, my trust in this model has diminished to where it is unplugged between uses. I'm not ranting, just really really concerned.
