I bought my keurig supreme 8 months ago and when I descaled the light wouldn’t go off no matter what I did! I talked to Julia at keurig and she was so kind and patient with me because I was having a hard time sending my photos. I was happy I was still under warranty and within 5 days a new keurig was delivered to my house! Thank you!
This is a warranty replacement for my last one that was only 4 months old. The original one from the beginning kept telling me it needed water even though it had water in it. I would clean it and get it working then a little while latter it would do it again. Finally it told me I needed to descale it so I used the Keurig descale cleaner and followed the instructions but it never turned the light off so I kept adding more water thinking it would eventually stop but it kept going and started over heating. Hopefully I just got a fluke one off, I have been using Keurig for years and have never had issues before so hopeful this one works well.
My 7 month old K-Supreme brewer had a problem. It quit powering on. I called the 800 number for Keurig expecting a computerized menu of choices not fitting my issue. Instead, a person named Ivan answered, took down my information and handled getting me a replacement brewer. I've already told several friends about this because I was pleasantly surprised and am very with Keurig. Our family also loves this brewer!
Keurig one cup coffee maker, Slow and splatters very bad when you make a cup. After three months I descaled it and the light will not go off it keeps blinking. They have replaced it with a new one, the new ones still splatters and is very slow.
