This is my 4th keurig I have purchased. My latest purchase the K10 is a good machine, and simple to use. It lasted 13 months and then died. Called up customer service and they pulled up my account. My K10 was barley out of warranty but they went ahead and made an exception and sent me a new replacement. Very awesome customer service and this is the reason why I will only purchase and recomend keurig when it comes to coffee machines.
I was not very happy that the Keurig died after it’s first descaling, but when called customer support mid morning and after a few minutes of questions and instructions on what I needed to provide, I settled in for the long wait for the replacement. By 2:00pm, I got an email that the replacement was shipped and it arrived the next day. AMAZING customer service
I purchased and used it daily for a year. While I was performing the recommended cleaning, the machine stopped working and no electronics would function. I immediately called the Keurig support and after trouble shooting said they would send a replacement under warranty. I received a new unit 5 days later and it has been great!
My Keurig Supreme stopped working after I descaled it. I called the company & explained the situation. They sent me a slip to mail the Keurig back to them & I received a replacement withing 4 days of them receiving it. I wish they would come up with a better means of descaling the machine so you didn't have to keep running water through it so many times. I think that after descaling it 2-4 times the motor burns out. Other than that, the service I received was great!!! I would give the product 5 stars if the motor could withstand the descaling process.
I received this model as a gift for Christmas 2021. Lucky I filled out the warranty online. I was advised to do this because another family member already had heating problems with theirs and had to return it. Since 2013 I have return this model under warranty 3 times! 3! Unreal. I would never buy this model again.
