Good product but has a problem sealing

My wife always uses the my K cup with her own coffie. Over time it she noticed the cups were weaker and the stream from the bottom was distorted. Found out the platform where you put your K cup or pods had warped down causing a bad seal on the top of the K cup. This was allowing water to flow over the top of the K cup and not flow through the grounds. With the new one we are going to make sure to open it after a cup is brewed so hopefully the new one will not warp. Keurig was great and replace it after 11 months of use. Keurig may want to look into a better design that will not warp. Thanks...
I just recently had to replace my Keurig. The process was pretty smooth. I must admit I was getting frustrated taking the perfect picture, but things worked out great in the end.
