Original maker broke but we could get strong ciffee... this new Keurig..same model ...seems to not make coffee as strong even when the strong mode is added.
Machine was 5 months old. Makes great coffee with the right pods. Went through descaling process and the machine died. This is a known issue with this Keurig model and all that you get is a replacement of the same machine with the same defect as long as it's still under warranty.
I bought the first Keurig Supreme in May 2022. In September 2022, I used the Keurig DeScaling/Cleaning Kit—and my Keurig would not power on afterward. I called Keurig and because I was covered by the included 1 year warranty, they sent me a new machine. Excellent customer service. The new Farmhouse Wfite color is beautiful. The moveable water reservoir is very convenient. I also appreciate that the reservoir is removable making it easier to fill. Love that I can adjust strength of brew. I do wish the coffee was slightly hotter.
I was so disappointed when my Keurig stopped working. I called the support line and instead of hassle, I was walked through troubleshooting steps, when that did not correct the problem, I was told that I would receive a new K-Supreme to replace it. I received a replacement within a few days.
