I purchased my first K-Supreme almost a year ago. It was great until died on me. Working with Customer Support was an easy experience and soon I had my warranty replacement. It has been working great! It makes a great cup of coffee!

Overall I like this machine but it splatters coffee all over as it pours into a mug. Also, the “over ice” feature still melts the ice. Temp should be cooler.
