I’m reviewing my replacement experience. My first Keurig lasted about 10 months before seizing up after descaling. It took numerous calls and e-mails to finally get a replacement but it did eventually come. It seems to work fine. But other reviews show this is a common issue.
We had the handle break on our Keurig. We had had it for 11 months, so I contacted Keurig, they told me the information I needed to send them and in less than 1 week we had a brand new Keurig to replace our broken one. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!! WE LOVE OUR K-SUPREME !!!!! THANK YOU!

I ordered this new replacement coffee maker after my first one quit working. I am so VERY disappointed in this K-supreme single serve Coffee maker. Yes, the color is pretty and yes it still makes "pretty good" coffee. BUT I absolutely hate all the plastic. To me, this is like a cheap plastic knock off of what used to be a very good coffee maker. When you lift the top to put in the Kcup the whole coffee maker rattles and shakes...even the water reservoir! When you press the size choice and the K button to brew your coffee, the whole top caves in because it's cheap plastic. I feel even like the coffee taste like plastic. I waited to leave a review until I had used it for a while so I could be honest about it. and this is my honest opinion, I hate it. I can't return it for a refund because I no longer have the box and I've used it. I'm going to wait until I can afford it and I'm going to order (or purchase in the store) a regular Keurig coffee pot… No plastic! This is being said by a customer that has used a Keurig coffee pot for over 15 years and been very satisfied. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig honored my warranty on my original K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker even though it was a month past it’s warranty period. This brewer makes great Coffee. I think the 5 holes it punches in the k-pods is the key. It is fast, about 90 seconds to brew a 12 ounce cup and perfectly hot. Thanks Keurig!
