When my Keurig failed, I called. The replacement was handled professionally and efficiently. Within a few days, I had the new unit which works perfectly.
My K-Supreme failed near the end of my warranty. The call to inform the support team was pleasant and informative as to troubleshoot to see if, in fact, it died. I was told a replacement would arrive at my home soon and sure enough, it did. Outstanding Support!
It splashes everywhere (on countertops) and I’ve already tried two of this model and the second was even worse. I think it’s the multi-stream technology, because none of the 5 coffee streams are more than a fast messy splashy trickle. I have to say that Keurig has been gracious and helpful though. I’m purchasing a different model

Thank goodness I keep my receipts. Have had for a few months and have enjoyed how easy it is for first cup of the day. And the next cup. Always have had conventional coffee pot. This is easy for me. Now if I could only get my husband trained to refill the reservoir!
We love our Keurig. Unfortunately the heating element overheated and wouldn’t work. I called customer service and instantly was reassured our warranty would replace the machine. Within a couple of weeks our replacement showed up on our doorstep. I’m very happy we chose Keurig!!!
