Replaced a coffeemaker that always managed to have grounds in the cup after brewing. I thing the keurig makes better coffee and I do not have the problem with grounds coming through. Nice removable sections to make it easier to clean.
My brewer would not power up. Contacted warranty services with the problem. After we walked through the trouble shooting steps it was determined the unit was faulty. I received a follow up email shortly after the call with instructions to receive a replacement unit at no cost. I submitted the required documentation and received email confirmation approving the replacement. I received shipping information the next day with the replacement unit estimated to arrive in 3-7 days. I did not receive the replacement within the suggested timeframe. Contacted customer service and the order was shipped again which I received two days later. Great experience and customer service!
This is a warranty replacement for the sample model that died 2 days before factory warranty expired. We like it for it's ease and simplicity to use, and the machine's countertop footprint. The designer(s) actually used their heads when they engineered this model.
My only issue is the incomplete explanation of the photo views they want.

Bought the initial coffeemaker earlier this year. Recently ran the descaler process and the coffeemaker quit and wouldn't turn on. Contacted customer service and they promptly replaced it
The process to replace under warranty was a bother. I was replacing a K-supreme single serve coffee maker that was a warranty replacement for an earlier failure. I was asked for the proof of purchase! Without proof of purchase, I had to send a photo of the coffee maker serial number and a picture of a hand written note with my information on the coffee maker! Keurig would not accept the photo of the hand written note separate from the coffee maker. So I put the same note on the coffee maker, photographed and then took a close up of the note on the coffee maker so the note could be readable! I did get the replacement coffee maker and kept the email sent with the shipment to have proof of purchase if the coffee maker fails again!
