I received my K-supreme for Christmas last year and it just kind of fried when trying to de scale it so I called, they replaced it with a new warranty very easily and friendly. I had my new one within a week. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone. I was very impressed you don’t find customer service like that very often!
This was a replacement for a previous replacement due to metallic taste in brew. This one still has metallic taste. Don’t know what to do next. Have run descale cycle-helps for a few brews then back to metallic taste
I got my Keurig as a house warming gift for my first place. After using it daily, for about 9 months, the descale light lit up and so I descaled it, 5 times. The light turned off but the taste of the coffee was utterly burnt and disgusting. I'm all it took was one 10-15 min phone call to Keurig customer service and less than a week later I had my free replacement machine. Even though I didn't buy it myself, like I said earlier. Amazing customer experience. Couldn't be any happier!!
