Absolutely enjoy the keurig brand! Had an issue with our k cup supreme, and they sent a new one due to warranty. So easy and the customer service was phenomenal! Will always use Keurig and would recommend it to anyone!
Had a problem with my brewer. Still under warranty and Keurig made it simple to report the problem and replaced it by shipping the same day. Great service!
Initial purchase 6 months ago. Then won’t turn on. Called & spoke to representative, provided documents,replacement sent. I received within a week. Great customer service
I bought the K-supreme single cup coffee maker. It wasn’t working properly, I call Custmer service, helped me out right away. Sent me another machine. So, I’m impressed on their quick action on this matter. One happy customer. Thanks
They replaced my K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker with absolutely no problem. My old one just stopped working suddenly, but the customer service line was so easy to work with and within a week a new one was mailed to me.
Had the unit almost a year..great unit. When the problem arose, people on the phone and email were very helpful and the new unit arrived within 10 days of first contact. Very satisfied with the K-Supreme and the customer service.
1st time Kerig customer. Supreme Plus worked great until 1st..cleaning, used bottled water Machine would not make coffee any more after following cleaning. Called Customer service replaced machine right away.
