The supreme has a problem with breaking after cleaning. The problem is the clean cycle doesn't turn off until unit is empty. Problem is this exposes the heating element with no water around it. This causes it to trip overheating switch. My advice is if it's under warranty clean it they have great customer service and replace it quickly

I was sent this as a replacement for one I purchased almost a year ago. There are several improvements that make it even better than before. I love the fact that I can easily add water. No more measuring cup and spills. Also no longer have to turn the power on to preheat.

Received this as a replacement for my last one that started to pour water over the pod rather than through it. This issue resulted in weak brew. This is the second brewer with which I’ve had this issue. Hoping this third one is better.
