This is my 2nd maker hopefully this will last longer then last one. I would of expected better quality from Keurig. The customer service was excellent in replacement process.
This is my third 1 in 8 months. First stopped working. Second was descale light wouldn't go away. I've had a kuerig since they came out first lasted years. Not happy w this one. So we'll see
I bought the K Supreme a year ago and it suddenly stopped working. I called them and they took care of me right away. I love my Keurig, I was lost without it!!
Thank you for exchanging my K-Supreme Coffee maker. From the beginning it made a weak cup of coffee because unbrewed water leaked around the "Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter." I finally got fed up with diluted coffee and called customer service. After working with them on the issue and trying various reusable filters, they decided the problem was with the K-Supreme machine. Even though it was out of warranty, they gladly exchanged it for a new one. The new one works perfectly, clear water no longer streams into the cup and the coffee tastes good! Thank you for the GREAT customer service!!!
The day my keurig broke I contacted customer service and same day i received information about the return. Within a few days my new keurig was received. The representative and experience was amazing and fast. Thank you

had a issue with my k-cup supreme coffee maker ,, Keurig , contacted them and they were wonderful to deal with , resolved the issue in a couple of days , will definitely buy more products from this company
