I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY COFFEE MAKER AFTER A YEAR AND CALLED KEURIG TO TRY TO FIX IT AND THEY REPLACED IT FOR FREE WITHOUT ANY HASSLE AT ALL. THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME!!!!
