This company stands behind their products. After a cleaning process, my K-Supreme stopped working. I called to see if there was something I was doing wrong or if they could help me to get it started again. They were very kind in taking me through different steps only to find there was no solution. They then replaced my my coffeepot immediately!
I recently contacted Keurig customer service because my THIRD K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker had become defective in THREE years. I bought one in 2020; it died in 2021. Keurig replaced it. The replacement died in 2022; Keurig has replaced it. It should not be necessary to contact Keurig each year to get a replacement. Keurig should make a better product. The coffee and tea are great; the coffee makers are junk. Customer Service has been very cooperative.
Keurig sets the bar high for customer service: the support personnel are professional, patient, knowledgeable and very competent. I love my Keurig coffee maker and do not plan to ever be without one: fast, excellent coffee.
My Keurig had ceased working during the period of warranty & needed replacement I made a claim & it was honored. The replacement was promptly sent & is working well
