I had to use my keurig warranty due to a malfunction during the descaling process. The customer service is excellent. They understood my dire need to receive my replacement keurig as soon as popsicle and had it shipped immediately to prevent further delay in my daily coffee intake. Before this replacement, we ran through some trouble shooting which brought us to replacing the product. Agent was extremely patient and understanding.
My only great concern is that this is the second time this exact malfunction has happened. (2nd replacement). I also read many reviews that mention they have had the same exact issues during the descaling. When I said this to the agent she seemed unaware but was happy to replace the appliance. I am hopeful that keurig will research why this is happening and recall the product to have an end all issue resolved. This would save the company a lot of money. Now I worry about descaling my keurig… nervous this will happen again.
We love our Keurig however there seems to be a flaw in this coffeemaker. We are snowbirds and for the second time our brewer failed to work when we returned to our Florida home. Luckily both times our coffeemaker was still under warranty. Keurig’s customer service receives 5 stars. Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm for us with this model.
My machine that was only 9 months old stopped working after I descaled it. I called Keurig and after they got a little bit of information they sent me out a new one. Customer service is quick and easy!
