I love this the best of all the Keurig brewers. You don’t wait for the water to heat up for two minutes. It starts pouring immediately. I want my coffee fast and this one delivers. But only four stars because it splashes onto the wall from the cup.

I had to replace the original one we were given for mine and my husband's anniversary due to the heat sensor tripping due to an issue during descaling apparently a known issue for this model. The only issue with this unit is apparently it doesn't be the correct amount like our other one in our to make a fun cup 12oz we have to brew it on the 8 then the 6 to get a full cup. But we are fine with that we like our kuerig...

My K-Supreme began to fail until it would no longer make a cup of coffee, just leaks and steam. Your team said stop using it immediately (so I would't get burned, and we'll replace it!) You did, and it works perfectly and provides me with a great cup of coffee each morning! Works great til you have to descale them and then you descale them and they stop working and won't turn back on I've bought 5 and replaced 5 now this is ridiculous they need to fix this model there not cheap
