I never imagined I’d have to use this but one day Keurig just stopped working. I called the customer service line to troubleshoot and they said it needed replacement. The process was simple and timely. Within 2-3 weeks I had my new replacement machine.
Purchased the K-Supreme to replace my first Keurig brewer I’ve had for about 15 years. It was still functioning, but would only brew a large cup. I hope to get another 15 years or more out of this brewer. Thank you Keurig for making high quality coffee brewers!!
My experience with Keurig customer service for a warranty issue was excellent. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new unit within a week. They stand by their products 100%
My wife bought this for me for Father’s Day! It ended up having a problem and Customer Service, who were awesome and very helpful, determined that it was defective. They made a replacement super easy and it arrived quickly! The new Keurig works great and I couldn’t be happier!
I've been a Keurig Coffee Maker fan since they introduced the line -- and I still have my original machine (which I rarely use, but it still works!). This K-Supreme particular model is a pleasure and delivers a perfect cup just when I need it most. Good work, Keurig!
I was attracted to this Keurig initially because of its compact and slender shape. Nothing is compromised, as it has great features. Makes great coffee! I am extremely happy with my choice.
I was not sure what would come out of this but I gave it a try. I brought two Keurig one for me and a grift for my uncle from QVC. Mines stop working so I call Keurig to see if it can be troubleshooting. Turn out I was still in warranty and they sent me a replacement. I am a happy customer.
