When we originally purchased our K-Supreme (on or about a year ago) and we look forward to a hot cuppa everyday. Unfortunately one morning it just quit working. I called Keurig and immediately they were working on the problem and within a day or two they had a new one in the mail to us! My wife and I are extremely happy with your customer service and are definitely Keurig customers for life.
Out of all the Keurig machines I have had, (and I have had lots) I like this machine the best of all. I like it the best because, in my opinion, I just makes a very good cup of coffee all the time. To me even moderately priced coffees come out very good. If you buy the higher priced coffees, well the better it gets. It heats the water quickly, to what I consider the right temperature. I believe the updated design that puts several holes in the pods really makes a difference. It as a 6 ounce button, that I like because sometimes that is just enough. It looks great on the counter, slim, modern, up beat, if you will. Thinking about getting one? Do it.

Not worth the money purchase a different model

The Company has been Amazing but this Keurig has been nothing but a problem. I’ve had it replaced once ad replacement had same issues as first. I love Keurig this model not so much. I’d recommend going with other models. I love the look of this model is speak and clean but performance not good at all.
Makes a great cup of coffee. This is the second coffee maker of the style that I have. Consistently excellent coffee full flavored with plenty of body. I wouldn’t trade it for any other coffee maker, Great job Keurig!
I am extremely happy with the customer service I received when I called and let them know my machine stopped working and have not had it for a year. They listened and helped me with a great solution and now I have coffee every morning again.
Your customer service was excellent in taking care of our problem. Answered all questions we had and took care of the problem. We received our replacement so quickly we were impressed. We have used several of her products in the last 4 years and we are happy. Thank you for taking care of business.
