My coffee maker quit making full cups. The staff at Keurig were very professional and friendly. They replaced it under the warranty and sent it out right away. Love Love Love the Keurig coffe maker. Using Keurig now for auto supply of the coffee pods. I like the way they keep track of pods I’ve used and adjust my order accordingly. Thank you Keurig. Customer service is exceptional
My key rig was only a few months old and quit working. Contacted the company and they honored the warranty immediately. Had a new one in no time! Great service
I love this machine, coffee comes out steaming hot and I like the ability to use grounds and kPods, but after just 6 months of having it the descaling light would not shut off - blink blink always blinking. Keurig has fabulous customer service and replaced my machine.
I had a problem with my new Keurig Coffee Machine and one call and an email is all it took to be back in Business. I wish more large companies operated like this. Enjoying my new machine as I type this!
I asked for a replacement because my first machine did not punch holes in k cups. I got the replacement and it worked fine for a few days and then it started doing the same thing. Now I check before I hit brew. I use all brands of coffee and it doesn't matter.A little disappointed but use it anyway.
