Love it!

I have always had the Keurig Classic, big and bulky. I love this for the slimmer size. I feel like the coffee is actually hotter. It starts up right away, no turning it on in the morning when I get up so that it warms up while I get breakfast ready. It's always ready.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If I could give zero stars…

First one suddenly stopped working after three months and that was the best one we’ve had. The second one constantly said Descale and we could never stop it from doing that no matter what troubleshooting we did. Foolishly we went back and got a third one which brewed about an ounce of coffee and stopped. It kept asking us to add water and is just, in general, faulty in many, many ways. I am returning it today now for the third time, like a fool. honestly, to remain a Keurig customer, I would need a brand new, different model, for free from the company. This is an incredible disappointment.

Problems

I had the machine fir a week. It leaves grounds in your cup and spits coffee on the counter. Keurig replaced it. Unfortunately I have had the replafir less than a week and it's doing the same thing. This is an expensive coffee maker and should not have these problems. This one too will need to go back. There's something obviously wrong with the design. Very disappointed.

After 4 weeks and using only 2 times a week, grounds in my coffee. first water runs clear into cup then tons of grounds.

issues with the replacement on warranty

My original K-Supreme worked fine, then about 6 or 7 months in, it simply stopped working. I'd like to commend Keurig on how quickly they sent me a replacement. However, this one worked fine except at the end, it spits coffee on my counter. I kept trying to position the tray and my cup, but to no avail. Sadly, I have to wipe up the counter (which is now turning brownish) each time I make a cup of coffee.
More importantly, the descale light will not go off. I've read reviews and used to think, Oh, you simply have to pressed the 8 oz and 10 oz at the same time. NO- that doesn't work. So I descaled again- of course I read the instructions on Keurig.com to descale and also to make the descale light go off, but no luck.
I'm afraid to ignore the descale light for fear something is wrong with the coffee maker. I'll call customer service. I'd hate to have another replacement, but again, do not want to ignore that descale light.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
