Ive been a loyal veranda customer for 23 years first machine 10 years broke last 12 ive bought 2 morre machine for them to stip also 1 machine replacement out of 3 and they are not cheap machine as you know
My Keurig died for some reason so I called the 800 number in the paperwork and spoke to a very nice representative. He gave the instructions on what to do, I did it & a week later I had my new Keurig. I'll never be without one again.
When my Keurig began leaking while still on warranty, a replacement was sent in record time. The process was simple and painless. The replacement was delivered within 10 days. Excellent Customer service.

I really enjoy my Keurig, but I've had two units fail now for power issues, so every time I pull the lever down to puncture the coffee pod, I'm waiting for the power to go out again...I hope I'm wrong.
