I am very happy with the Warranty replacement of my Coffee maker. They sent the replacement immediately after determining that my coffee maker could not be fixed.
This is my THIRD warranty replacement for this product. I own two at two separate locations. One location has had two die on me, the other, one, only because I haven’t descaled it yet. Product is stylish and good, but following Keurig’s descaling instructions on-line will result in the product’s catastrophic failure. Then you’ll spend hours on the phone to SE Asia Customer Service Center repeating everything you say. Seems like they could change the instructions easily and save everyone headaches. Don’t get it. My older models (which I keep as back up), all work like a charm.
We were at the 1 year mark for warranty on our Keurig. I called the warranty department with our issue and ran through a few test. It was determined to be a warranty issue and they sent us a replacement immediately.
The customer service group handled my replacement with professionalism and excellent knowledge. I am big coffee drinker using the it 5 to ten times a day. I have owned different types of keurig with no problems. This machine doesn't seem reliable.
the steps to get a replacement was to difficult for me at 85 my daughter had to help When I asked for help from a supervisor they said I would get a call NO CALL There must be other people who are not computer savy who gave up trying to get warranty service ask yourself could your mother or grandmother complete the requirements I would not be so mad if a person would have called me. The coffee maker lasted 3 months
