I had a Keurig coffee maker that needed to be flushed out. I purchased the kit and did what the instructions said to do. Unfortunately the coffee maker would not complete the cleansing. I contacted Keurig and explained what occurred. They sent a replacement BEFORE my broken coffee maker was returned and received by them. Great customer service.
