I just received a replacement for the K-Supreme I purchased last Christmas. When I descaled the original unit, the descaling light would not turn off. I tried several tips found on You-Tube and none worked. I then called Keurig and the representative went through several steps to try and get the light to go off. This also did not work. Keurig sent me a new K-Supreme. I am hoping I won't have the same issue when it comes time to descale.
The other issue with the K-Supreme is that the coffee splashes onto my countertop. I tried a taller mug that only leaves about a half-inch of space and still get the splashing. It's a bit of an inconvenience to have to wipe up the spill after each brew.
Hopefully, Keurig will work on correcting both of these issues.

I have had a Keureg for many years and they continue to make them better and add different features!! I can a one variety of coffee in the morning and another in the evening
I purchased my first K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker as an upgrade and fell in love with the smaller footprint. While descaling the machine for the second time, I could not get the machine to power on again. Keurig replaced the coffee maker immediately. I am very pleased so far. I appreciate that Keurig stands behind its' warranty.
We bought less than a year ago and after about 9 months of use, product would not turn on. Called and within minutes we had a new coffee maker on the way.
I fell in love with this model. But after probably close to a year I started to have problems with it. I called keurig and they helped me through it. But shortly after it started again. Would not give me a full brew. Anyway I called them back and found out it was still under warranty and they replaced it without any hesitation. Nice to have a company stand by their products.
