First of all I really like this pot. Unfortunately, it quit just shy of a year. I called Keurig customer service and he had me try a few things to see if we could get it to work, but it didn’t. They replaced my pot totally free even the shipping of it. I just had to email them a few things, very easy. They had it shipped out in about 2 days. I was very impressed and the young man was very nice on the phone. This is what customer service is about. . Thanks Keurig.
I bought my new Keurig a few months ago and last month the signal for “needs descaling” appeared. Didn’t go away after descaling efforts. With no difficulty the company sent a new one.
Excellent product support. My original unit had a malfunction with descaling light not resetting after descaling cleaning process executed as instructed.
I contacted Keurig and they replaced my unit promptly. Instructions provided to me to process replacement were clear and easy to follow. My unit was unusable with no problems until I received replacement after a couple weeks.
