I absolutely love this style of kuerig!! It looks so sleek and is the perfect size for me. The first one I bought like this, started having issues such as the descale light staying on after I descaled it and the company replaced it with a brand new one!! I definitely recommend this kuerig and the excellent customer service they offer!!
My K-Supreme that was a Christmas gift in 2021 quit working. Keurig people were wonderful to working to honor the Waranty. And very quickly to replace a new K-Supreme and shipped within the week, giving updates on shipping information,
This K-Supreme is a replacement for a defective K-Supreme originally purchased. I just opened the box yesterday and was very disappointed that this replacement coffee maker also makes my house lights flicker when brewing like the one replaced. I will be contacting Keurig for a product refund. I don’t want my home to catch on fire from using this appliance. This should be reported to their Quality Control department.
I’ve loved every Keurig I’ve owned but my last machine stopped working after around 11 months. Keurig was so incredibly helpful & replaced my Keurig at no cost. My replacement arrived so quickly I barely missed a cup of coffee!
