It’s a slender design & makes great coffee. Buying white is not a good idea. It shows every drip, splash, and spill in the surfaces. I am so embarrassed that I wipe the machine clean after every use. Why? I have no idea. I am the only person seeing it. I also thought that I had ordered a mini, got this one by mistake.
Very easy process! Received replacement quickly! I have bought several Keurig products previously and will continue to do so in large part to this experience.
Been using Keurig devices since they first released.
We had the K-Supreme Single serve and it had been working great. Went to brew the one morning and it gave a puff of steam and died. Contacted Keurig customer service to see if there was any troubleshooting I could do, but instead they warrantied me a replacement, which arrived extremely fast.
I am now back to my normal routine of using Keurig to brew in the morning, and the replacement is even quieter than my previous K-Supreme.
Awesome customer service from an awesome company! Truly appreciate the dedication to their products. Only brand of coffee maker I purchase.

My husband and I are Keurig fans. We have purchased several over the years for work and 2 at a time in our home. I purchased this particular one for our newly remodeled kitchen. It worked fine until it was descaled. We have wasted at least 25 pods trying to clear it, bought new coffee thinking the box we had was bad. But it's the machine. It either puts out almost pure water, or half the grounds in the pod. Don't waste your money on this one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is truly refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its product. Keurig certainly displays excellent customer service and product follow up.
I love Keurig & have had a handful of coffee machines from them. This is the only time I had an issue with one. Kharl helped me with what info was needed for the warranty and replacement. It was simple to do. I loved the instructions with photo examples! I got my new Keurig quickly and I’m back to having my hot, fresh cup of coffee every morning. That definitely makes for one happy nurse. Thank you to everyone from Kharl who explained the process to those who actually process the request to those who ship it :)!
Bought my K-Supreme awhile ago and I love it. Quick and easy when I need to get out of the house and on with my day. Just fill the water container about once a week and you are good to go. I would recommend this product to all my friends

It's DEAD in 2 months!

This "SMART K SUPREME" was a replacement for the K supreme that was defective. I had to send emails and telephone calls FOR MONTHS! They sent this "SMART K SUPREME BREWER. Well, I've only had it less than 2 months and today, October 2, I was making my first cup to start my day and mid brew it just DIED! ANOTHER PIECE OF JUNK UNBELIEVABLE!
