This coffeemaker is good and convenient. Unfortunately, it clogs up a lot. The pod grounds plugs up and the coffee grounds in up in the bottom of your cup. We have to use a paper clip to clean it out and get it working again. We use the Keurig brand pods so that isn't the problem.
My first machine stopped working at about 11 months with barely any use (I bought it for my camper). The second machine worked for 5 months and now the descale light won’t go off. I purchased 2 bottles of descale and ran them through and the light remains on. Kuerig has given me a new machine under warranty. Hopefully this one lasts longer than a year.
Been using Keurig for over 10 years. The original machine was great. However, in the last 5 years I have gone through 4 machines...had to buy another. They don't seem to last.
My pot went on a Tuesday, called the number on the card and had a new maker before the end of the week. People were excellent to take too and knew just how to handle it.
I’ve only had it little over a week but I feel it’s not made as well as my older one. I’m keeping my 14 year old Keurig as a back up to be safe. This is mostly plastic and it cuts itself off and this i feel keeps the coffee luke warm instead of a good hot cup of coffee. I’m hoping it proves me wrong and lasts longer than I’m thinking it will. Plea make these better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This style works perfectly for the two of us. Recently had visitors staying with us and it worked well for all 8 of us, some having coffee & some of us Chai Lattes. However, for that many of us, we did have to refill it with water several times.
I received this as a replacement for a 3 month old unit that stopped working. I've had Keurig machines for many years and knew this failure was an anomaly. I called up and within a few minutes was assured I would be approved for a replacement. Within a few days I had the new machine and it works great. I love Keurig products.
