My Keurig was delivered after a delay that was not necessary since I provided all the info you needed, just not in the exact order you requested. This was my 2nd return of product due to malfunction of the coffee maker.
I got this replacement about month ago. It works well, however there is one thing I dislike. My old Keurig utilized a different insert for using your own grounds. This new one spits water onto the counter and when I open the top, there is hot water lying on the top if it. I really dislike this new accessory design.
I love my Keurig, but more than that, their customer service is stellar. My machine overheated and seared the case. Despite it being a bit out of warrantee, Keurig generously replaced it at no cost. Unexpected surprise!
The multi-stream design makes it very difficult to use eco-friendly pods. Once you put the lid down, it will not automatically puncture the pod and instead of getting a cup of coffee, you get a countertop covered in hot water. I assumed this was a defect of my first brewer but after Keurig (graciously and efficiently) sent me a replacement brewer, I am having the same issue. If the needle were metal, or the top were heavier, etc. and this brewer were able to easily puncture the compostable pods I use, I would be thrilled with the brewer.
