Unfortunately, our Keurig coffee maker recently malfunctioned and stopped making coffee. The unit was within the warranty period and the customer service person had a new Keurig sent to our house within a few days. We were delighted as we are pretty big coffee drinkers. No hassle, no discussion, no waiting and no “hoops” to have to jump through. We loved the product and now we can testify as to the outstanding customer service.
This is my third Keurig in about a year. The same model. The first one quit after a few months, and was quickly replaced with no problem. The second one worked fine until it decided to dispense water along side the coffee. I managed for a few months and finally broke down and called support. After a brief explanation of my problem, they agreed to send me another one. I've been using it daily for a couple weeks now, and it is working as designed. Thanks for standing behind your product 100%. I am very pleased with my purchase. . . again. . .and again.
I got this as a replacement for one that had problems. Keurig graciously replaced it under warranty, “THANK YOU KEURIG”. I like the ease of choosing one of the four sizes plus a strong setting. It’s relatively small size is also great.
Grateful for Keurig who stood behind their product. Would have given it a five star review, but the first Keurig I bought didn't even work and the second lasted not quite a year and a half. So glad Keurig made it right with me. This product was a gift to my elderly mother who appreciates not having to make a full pot of coffee for herself or when company arrives.
I bought this Keurig K-Supreme and I love it! No need two wait for water to heat up. Just put the cup in and press the size and start! Very easy to use!
