We bought the multi stream supreme, gray about a month ago. We have been using it daily and love the features, like, it does not need to heat up, just put your cup under it, put in a k-cup, select what size and hit the big K button. It heats the water as it brews, very quick. I also like the auto shut-off after 5 minutes. we used to forget the old one and it would stay on all day. The water tank with the charcoal filter is great as well. We can now use tap water and the coffee tastes great. I just wish Keurig made a reusable k-cup that didn't require disassembling the coffee maker. I had to buy aftermarket one so I could brew my own coffee without having to remove the k-cup holder.

We are very happy with this brewer. The multi-stream technology really brings more flavor to the coffee. We get 2 more ounces of great-taste than we did with our previous Keurig from the same K-cup, and even better quality of taste. It's also very easy to use, and the tank is very easy to refill. Highly recommend!

Pump died after 2 months

This keurig worked great for about 2 months and then it would say "descale" but would'nt pump any water, after a week of trying it started working and then a month later the same thing happened. It officially went out on me and wont even turn on anymore, super dissapointed.

Have it for almost two weeks and I’m very happy with it. Brews fast and the coffee is very hot, also it’s very quiet while brewing.

New machine poor reliability

Used the supreme for 4 mos and scale light came on and wouldn’t go off. Called Keurig and explained problem and they said it was defective. Seems when they come out with a new product they don’t last long. Had similar problems with their original brewer when it first came out. Had to get a new one every year for 3 years before one lasted over a year.

i bought my k-supreme last august - loved it until it quit on me this morning. i have been in the queue for a live chat with customer service since this morning (#2 for the last 90 minutes). i would be very hesitant to buy another one - too much money for such limited use.

Horrible product. 2nd brewer broken

I bought one last year, it broke about 4 months ago. I got another one, it broke in 2 months. Horrible product. My old keurig still works from 2015 but this brand new technology can’t brew coffee without breaking.
