Although I acquired this as a warranty replacement, I still love the machine. It makes the best coffee and very flexible with 4 serving sizes. Customer service handling my warranty claim was great and I had my new machine 3 days after I called Keurig.
I bought this new machine to replace one I’ve had for quite a few years and loved. From the first day the machine splattered water or coffee in every direction results in cleaning up the counter and the stove top next to it after every cup of coffee brewed. I called the customer service number and they sent me a new machine through the warranty, which was very nice of them, but the new machine also spits and sputters all over the place.
Over the years I’ve had 5 Keurig Brewers. This last Supreme had a issue, I contacted Customer Service who ran some tests with me, deemed it defective and super easily walked me through the replacement process which brought me a new brewer in just days. This is what standing behind your product looks like, incredible!!!
This coffee maker is sleek, easy to operate, and an attractive addition to my countertop -- I've selected the Silver Sage color (not white) -- their color options are wonderful. Only foreseeable issue: I have had a problem with the light indicating the need to refill the reservoir twice. I had replaced an 11 month-old Keurig because that flashing light would not go off even with a full reservoir. The model of the replacement was the same as the one I have now, and that one soon showed the same malfunction after only 4 months of use. I'm now on my second replacement, so two brewers so far had that problem. It may be a manufacturing defect, I don't know. I hope I will not need to replace this one as well. Other than that anticipated concern, I'm very happy with this brewer. I'm rating the quality as a 5 star (for now), as it works perfectly well, and looks great.
My Keurig stopped working after approximately 3 weeks. I called and was promptly helped and given directions on what I needed to do to get replacement. Replacement was received in 5 days!!!!
I bought this Keurig a few months ago. It died and would not turn on. I called Keurig and spoke with a very friendly and helpful lady. I explained my problem. She checked my serial number and told me no problem, my unit was still under warranty. I told her I didn’t save my receipt nor did I register my product on the website. Again, she told me no problem. She sent me instructions and asked for two photos. I sent them to her and within a couple of hours I received an email telling me my warranty was approved and my new replacement coffee maker was being shipped to me. In 3 days my coffee maker was delivered by UPS to me. It was fast and easy. I used the box my new coffee maker came in and returned my broken unit. They also emailed me a UPS return shipping label. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Keurig. Thank all for a great experience. Mason. Oklahoma
Loved a K supreme but had a problem with it. However, after a call to customer service, a replacement was on the way. Problem solved. Love the features of the K supreme, sizes, able to do iced coffee and strong brew.Thanks for the help.
