Had bought one machine that didn’t work good. The customer service was awesome! Took care of me with new coffee maker, after sending the problem machine to them. The new machine works great !
I like this coffee maker because it’s not very expensive but at the same time I rarely get much more than a year out of it before it fails. And that’s even descaling at least once. Just not a very durable piece of machinery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
