I purchased my K- Supreme in November 2021. In August there was a problem with the Descale mode. I contacted Kuerig and was sent a replacement immediately. They surely stand behind their product! The K-Supreme is a great coffee maker in ever way!

I had a problem with my Keurig, that the descale light would not turn off after we descaled the unit. We tried 3 times and it still didn't go off, so I called Keurig and customer service ran me through the descale again and tried a couple more things but no luck.
He at this point said they would replace the unit at NO CHARGE. All I had to do was follow his instruction on what info he needed to replace my unit. I did as he requested and bang my new Keurig was at my front door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Keurig coffeemaker had a problem and I contacted the company. Their Service Department could not have been any more professional or accommodating! I was advised of the procedure to follow to report a claim. I did so and within a week, a brand new Keurig coffeemaker was delivered to my home! Thank you, Keurig, for standing behind your products with no hassle!!

Keurig Replaced my K- Supreme

My Keurig was 13 months old when it quit working. I took a chance and called Keurig. In less than 15 minutes a new one was on the way. I was very grateful! With that being said, the replacement has the same issue as the original. You push the size of cup you want and then the big blinking K. More times then not I turn around to do something and come back for my coffee and nothing happened. I have to reset the whole thing and stand there to make sure I pushed the blinking K correctly. Not a big deal but can be annoying on a morning I’m running late.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
