When my newly purchased maker had a defect that could not be resolved Keurig sent a replacement within 2 days. Thanks to the tech staff for trying to resolve this issue and Thank You Keurig for standing by your warranty and sending me a replacement. You are amazing!!’
I received a Keurig K Supreme for Christmas, which I love. A few weeks ago it stopped working. It was past the return for the store and I called Keurig, they replaced my unit with a brand new one within a week.
I love this little machine it makes my life so much easier in the mornings.. I couldn’t live without it!!! Thank you so much Keurig

Descaled my machine and immediately it stopped working. I called keurig and after trying to trouble shoot it, they said it was broken. Immediately they were on it with a replacement. Excellent customer service. Really appreciate how they stand behind their product. Customer for life.
Years ago, I thought why would I ever need a Keurig? We'd brew 10-12 cups and only drink 4-5 cups; very wasteful. It was never consistent, most times too strong. Fast forward 7 years and a divorce and I wouldn't want anything but a Keurig!! I think the pods are costly, so I purchased the reusable filter. With the filter, I can adjust the amount of ground coffee to my liking. This small kitchen appliance is a must for a one-household coffee lover or more people who have a personal preference. I use it for hot water for my tea. My granddaughter feels special using the hot cocoa pods. She thinks she grown sipping something like her glam-ma. The old 12-cup coffee maker wouldn't brew as hot as I prefer. My Keurig brews HOT just like I like it because I sip for 1.5 hours at least (I also purchased a Keurig tumbler that keeps my coffee warm). So, yea I'm a believer and can testify this thing is the BOMB!!!
I love my Kuerig coffee maker but have had a lot of trouble with them after about six months of use! I use filtered water clean and descale on a regular basis but the machines just give out! That being said the Kuerig company is very good with customer service and replacement when needed. As long as you register your unit they will replace. I love the Kuerig for its convenience and fast delivery in morning but the quality has definitely gone down of the years.
Couldn’t rave more about this process! It was easy and straight forward and didn’t leave me stranded for coffee in between the replacement! Thank you Keurig.
