I have owned this for about three weeks. I purchased the Farmhouse White and every time I make a cup of coffee it splatters on the coffeemaker as well as my almond colored counters. It makes my kitchen look so messy. If it weren't for that, I would have given it 5 Stars.
We were happy with the first machine we had until the level light quit. Although near the end of the warranty they sent us a new one. Unfortunately, that one started to leak. With just a few questions they sent us the one we have today and we are happy.
One suggestion, the thermal trip is mechanical inside the machine which requires disassembly to reset. I can imagine a lot of machines that were replaced because they people didn't know how to reset the thermal trip.
It been my experience in life most company would Not stand by the product but I will say Keurig you rock stood by your product 100,000,000% and you will have a loyal customer for life thank you so much
Happy to get s replacement when it broke after only 6 weeks, but really wasn’t happy with the coffee it made. First of all I like a brand that is compostable and has a paper lid which got pushed in because of the cone shaped needles so hot water spewed everywhere. Also, the initial 3 or 4 seconds of brewing yielded clear water. The resulting coffee (when I used a foil topped pod) was insanely strong. I actually requested a new early model as replacement but they weren’t able to do that. I have since pulled my old machine out and am using that with great results. Really disappointed with the new ‘improved’ model!
I bought the K Supreme 18 months ago and it worked just great. One day it just would not come on. I called support, they diagnosed the problem and immediately send me a new one at no cost. I really appreciate the product and the company.
