DO not follow the directions for descaling. Machine does not turn off for low water and will just simply overhear. Once it overheats the only way to reset it is to take the whole thing apart which is not an easy task.
I was able to get mine replaced however with no issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received this as a gift in November 2021. About the 5th use, it took two attempts to get full cup of coffee; first attempt covered bottom of cup, 2nd time, full cup. I have used about 40 times ( based on number of k-cups purchased). Today, got bottom of cup, then nothing. No lighted buttons, no more coffee. Have unplugged, tried restart. Very disappointed in short life of machine with limited usage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased a single serve k-supreme last November, it just quit, made no noise just quit. Keurig replaced it without any issues. I had new coffee maker in a few days!
