After less than a year my Keurig quit working…I called and got a very nice and helpful young lady. After I told her what had happened and she reviewed everything she told me that I would be getting a replacement. In just a few days my new Keurig arrived! Thank you so much…you’re a great company that stands behind your products plus I love Keurig coffee makers…I’ve had several and intend to continue using them!

I love the features of this machine. I have recently started drinking iced coffee and it is great that I can do it right at home..I just wish this machine was able to make more than 6 oz at a time

I had purchased this for when I have company over, as I am not a daily coffee drinker. I do use it on occasion for hot tea. My replacement has worked perfectly. Original one was defected however I was provided a replacement without any issues.

This is my third brewer. Two died after second de-scaling when light would not go out. I can’t help but think it’s a design flaw. I have had other Keurig products in the past with zero problems. Decided on this one because of the compact design. Customer service was great and replacements speedy but I am not sold on recommending this product because of my experience in owning three in less than 2 years.
I had just purchased this in April and it went out. Keurig replaced it immediately. Very happy with their services. What I do need is the ground coffee filter back. The new one did not come with it.
