I am very happy with this coffeemaker as it takes very little counter space and makes excellent coffee

Amazing when it works

I actually LOVE this machine when it works. My whole family does, actually. The issue is they don't last. I received the first one as a Christmas gift from my friend and not even 4 months later it just stopped working. I contacted Keurig and they were quick to replace the machine - awesome. Unfortunately, the replacement just failed after 5 months. 2 machines in less than 8 months is insane.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the K-Supreme Coffee Maker, about year or so ago and it stopped working no power. Now, the previous old version I had for over 6 years nothing was wrong with it I gave it away because I had upgraded to the new K-Supreme Coffee Maker. The new K-Supreme coffee maker did not last. I was so disappointed. I called the Keurig company and let me tell you they were so professional and polite. They solved my problem with a new replacement, and I must say it is better than the K-Supreme Coffee Maker that stopped working. I want to thank everyone and appreciate all those who were involved in helping me. I have been a loyal customer from the first Keurig Coffee Maker. This company is superb, and they stand by their product.
This was a warranty replacement for my original K-Supreme purchase in Feb 2022. The original unit failed to turn on after its first descaling done according to instruction. While I was disappointed this happened, I give Keurig a glowing review for replacing my unit promptly... had it in less than a week! And yes, I loved my first K-Supreme; and love the replacement.
I want to thank you for the excellent service I received when my original Keurig stopped working while I was trying to run the descale procedure.I received my replacement Keurig within four (4) days of my phone call to the service department. To me, this is exceptional customer service and I made sure to tell all of my friends about the experience. I love my Keurig and was so happy to be back to making great coffee in such a short wait time.
I had an issue with my Keurig and called customer service to see if they could help me resolve it. The person I talked with was so nice and helpful. She was not able to resolve my issue so she walked me through the warranty replacement process. From start to finish it was an easy process and I appreciate all of the help they gave me. Will definitely buy another Keurig in the future!
My K Supreme, is by far the best purchase I have made in a long time. There is no need to spend a lot of money on the name brand coffee. Using the K Surpreme, every cup taste like an expensive cup of Joe.
I had no idea it was so easy to work with these guys. My machine stopped working one morning so I decided to email so see if maybe it was a parts thing. With in a few minutes I was all set up with all the information for my new machine to come in the mail. Keurig for life.
