I received this one as a replacement due to the other one still under warranty. The descale light would not go out after descaling it 3 times. Company was great to deal with.
Well we got our new replacement Keurig coffee machine ! And it’s working absolutely wonderful ; but let me say we enjoyed our first one just as much . It just stopped working for some reason ! But your company came through without even a worry . I explain to them what happened and they just said OK you still have a warranty will send you a replacement that is what I call Customer Service and a lot of other companies need to learn that ! My daughter my granddaughter and even some of my family members all have Curry coffee machines and everybody speaks very highly of them . So on behalf of my family let me say thank you for making it a pleasure to deal with you all !
My Keurig one cup coffee maker after eight months died on me. It was still under warranty and I called the company they asked me to do a few simple things and then I got a replacement coffee maker just a few days after my request. I am very satisfied! Thank you for the quick service!
