Unfortunately my needle got bent, no one but myself and my husband use it. So it wasn’t abused is my point. Anyhow called got a brand new unit within a week. Great customer service!
Thank you Craig for working with me and helping me resolve my issue. You have been awesome and I really appreciate that. I do love this Keurig so much. And it arrived the day I got home from the hospital so that was even better for me. Again thank you.

Had better Keriugs

I don't know what's going on but..First 1 I only used for about a month and was already saying descale and wouldn't give a cup, descaling didn't fix the issue. Customer service was very kind, they figured there was a defect and sent me a new 1. This new 1 hasn't giving the right amount of oz. My coffee doesn't taste as good as when I used a older model that I had and had it for a few years with no issues until it stopped working. We have currently Keriugs at my work too, and they make coffee just fine but they are different models. I wish I could buy a older model like the 1 I had because it made such good coffee and I had no issues.
