We had a problem with our new K-supreme coffee maker. After a phone call and a determination that it was a manufacturer’s defect, the coffee maker was replaced with no problem. Great company!

I was given a gift of this Keurig model, and kept having trouble of the K-cup exploding when making the coffee, and the coffee grounds would go in my cup and around the needle mechanism. I looked up the problem on Google and found that it is a common problem with this model. I called Keurig Customer Service, and they sent me a new one, but the same problem is happening. Apparently, it is a serious design flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My older Keurig quit working so this is a replacement. So glad to get it, using an old Mr. Coffee just can’t begin to make a good cup of coffee after using the Keurig! I love it!
